Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on sundayssisters.com, operated by SCL Digitals Marketing LLC (doing business as Sundays & Sisters).

Fulfillment and Supply Chain

To deliver our products directly to your doorstep, items are shipped directly from our third-party supplier warehouses located in China.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

We ship to Australia. Standard shipping costs A$4.99 per order. All shipping charges are shown in Australian dollars at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days.

Orders are processed, verified, and dispatched from the warehouse within 2 to 4 business days following payment authorization (excluding weekends and official holidays).

Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery to destinations within Australia takes between 7 and 14 business days. Total estimated fulfillment time (processing plus transit) ranges from 9 to 18 business days. Please note that transit times may occasionally experience minor delays due to customs procedures or carrier factors outside of our direct control.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items within a single transaction, your goods may be dispatched in separate packages from different fulfillment centers in China. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking updates for each package.

Customs, Tariffs, and Import Fees

All products shipped from our overseas suppliers cross international borders. Applicable taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Customs authorities may assess additional import charges that are not collected at checkout; where applicable, these are payable by the recipient. This does not exclude any obligation we have under Australian law.

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
